What are your opening hours?

On Monday - Saturday we have set times available for either dropping off or picking up your dog.

You can chose to either come in the morning 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM or afternoon 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM

Please try to keep to these times, we’re a small family run business and the dogs need lots of attention, we’re not available at reception all day.

What payment methods are available?

We accept cash or all major forms of card payment. Payment will be taken in person, at the point you bring your dog for their stay.

What should I bring?

We provide food and bedding, but anything you can bring from home with familiar smells usually helps guests to settle in here.

Please remember to bring vaccination cards for each of the dogs that will be staying with us and a signed copy of the terms and conditions.

Do you accept guests with medical or dietary requirements?

We include food that matches each guests normal diet as well as applying any medication or treatment they may need during their stay at no extra charge.

Additionally, during their stay with us your pet will be fully insured for ultimate peace of mind.
